Essential rules of the student eating

We need vitamins, delecius food, and brain food. I think these are the most important things that we should have in our kitchens.



1. Always have frozen things in th freezer.

2. Always have some kind of pasta or spaghetti.

3. Always - salt, sugar, oil, bread.

4. Always have an energizer like coffee, tea, RedBull etc.

5. Meat - chicken, beef, pork.

6. FISH.

7. Fruits - what u like(orange, kiwi, banana...)

8. Vegetables - what u like for cooking.

9. Eggs, milk & cheese.

10. Stock cube - to make a soup because u need to eat something liquid too.









I think that is enough for what we need for cooking and what we have to eat.
